Luxo and Environment

Our environmental policy is part and parcel of our business mission. Our ISO 14001 environmental routines form an integral part of our ISO 9001 quality routines and are communicated electronically to all employees. A basic element of our business mission is our focus on the work environment, since ergonomically correct lighting for offices, industry and the health sector is the core of our business.
Our policy is to target those environmental aspects identified as the most important at any given time. We work continuously to reduce our total resource use and to minimise our use of non-renewable resources. Pollution and waste are controlled at the source. We impose the same requirements on our suppliers.

Our policy is to strive continuously to develop products that provide correct work lighting, promote energy efficiency, and thereby positively influence our customers’ impact on the environment. This makes for a total environmental concept.

The operations comply at all times with environmental laws and regulations of relevance to the environment.
